Busy busy busy...

Lots of things going on here in the Milf, and elsewhere for that matter. Lots of traveling. Lots of biking. Lots of good times. So, lets start at the beginning.
First: 2 day mountain bike trip.
This trip started as an idea a long time ago with my brother in law. We had planned a quick trip around the state of Ohio to hit the best trails that it had to offer.
It all started in the area that I grew up, Southeastern Ohio. First trail, Great Seal state park. Such an amazing trail system. Excellent flow, beautiful scenery, lung bursting climbs, followed by brake destroying descents. There was a little fog in areas, very surreal at times. Classic trail. Next up after lunch was Lake Hope state park. This park has a little bit of everything. Where Great Seal was super technical, Lake Hope was super smooth. Very fun, and at the end of the day both of us were worked.
Day 2 started off outside the town of Wooster at a trail called Vulture's Knob. My brother in law and I had ridden this trail around 6 or 7 years ago, and wanted to return. Definitely worth the trip. For an area that looks very flat, they seem to squeeze out every little hill in the area. Top that off with tons of man made structures, and you have a great trail. Very challenging. Next up, was the mother of all Ohio's trails: Mohican state park. This trail is very interesting. 25 miles of up, down, sideways, technical, smooth, hard, easy trail at your pleasure. Due to time restraints, and our legs being toast, we finished our leftover lunch at the covered bridge, about halfway, then walked our bikes back to the truck via an overgrown foot trail beside the Mohican river. My only complaint about that trail is that there is no easy bailout at the halfway point. But that also gives it some "all or nothing" or "No easy quits" credibility. Very cool.
After Mohican, it was back to the truck to end our trip. 2 days, 4 trails, and around 6 pictures. We rarely stopped to take any due to how awesome these trails are!
